Sale of works made from original photographs by Mathieu Delranc, printed on canvas and hand-finished in the studio, issued as signed and numbered limited editions.

An enquiry to purchase a work or commission a bespoke piece is neither an order, nor a reservation, nor a confirmation of availability.

A sale is only concluded once availability, the edition number, the finishing lead time, the delivery terms and the total price including all taxes have been personally confirmed to you, followed by payment.

Prices for the works published on the site are shown in euros, with all taxes included.

Insured delivery is priced according to the destination and confirmed to you before any payment. The final total is communicated to you in writing before you pay.

Each work is finished by hand: finishing and delivery lead times are confirmed individually before payment.

Works travel packaged and insured. The seller remains responsible for the proper completion of delivery under the terms of applicable law.

The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply in full and are neither reduced nor excluded by these terms.

Depending on the exact nature of the contract concluded, the fourteen day right of withdrawal may apply, or, for a work made to your own specifications, may be subject to a statutory exception.

The rules that apply to your order are confirmed to you in writing before payment, after legal review. No automatic exclusion is applied.
