Answering a purchase enquiry, a place proposal or a message: carrying out pre-contractual steps started at your initiative.

Preparing a quotation, an invoice, a certificate and arranging delivery: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.

Sending news from the studio: only if you tick the specific consent, always separate from the enquiry form, and withdrawable at any time.

Name, email address, optional phone number, destination country and postal code, the content of your message, browsing language and the timestamp of your consent.

A full postal address is only requested once a delivery is being confirmed, never at the first enquiry.

Mathieu Delranc and the studio. Our technical providers act only on instruction: site hosting, sending of transactional messages, insured shipping of the works and, once payments open, the payment provider. No data is passed on for advertising purposes.

Contact messages, acquisition requests and place proposals that lead to no sale: three years from collection or from your last contact. Quotations left unanswered: one year after issue. Contracts and commercial correspondence: five years. Orders, invoices and accounting records: ten years, in line with applicable obligations. Marketing data, only where you gave separate consent: for the duration of the relationship, then three years after the last contact or purchase. Proof of an objection to marketing: at least three years. Technical and anti abuse logs: twelve months at most, unless a documented security need or legal obligation applies. Certificate and edition register: lasting retention of only what authenticity, provenance and the prevention of duplicate numbering require, without keeping your contact details longer than needed.

Enquiries are stored in a restricted-access database, protected by strict access rules, with no public consultation possible. Exchanges with the site are encrypted.
